So long as they are not around me, I can ignore the problem and it doesn't exist? And it isn't like this guy is just some average citizen, he is Ward 3 Councilor Ed Gibbons. I may believe in legalizing prostitution, but no matter where you fall in that argument, I would hope that you would agree that moving the trade isn't the best solution to the victimization and horrendous treatment sex workers receive. There are a billion ways to deal with the problems assocated with prostitution that are better than the status quo, but just sweeping it under the rug simply is not one of them. posted by Duncan @ 9:09 PM
