    Tony Soprano once commented that he had become "like King Midas in reverse, everything I touch turns to shit." That's me today. My list:
    • Was late picking someone up at the airport
    • Was later for a meeting
    • Broke a lamp (the second in as many weeks)
    • Almost broke a kitchen timer
    • Wrecked Allie's computer by upgrading to Internet Explorer 7
    • Couldn't paint eyes on my Warhammer 40K models - they look possessed

      Why only today Sweetheart? You could have also listed breaking the oven, the other lamp and quite possibly the washing machine!

      Emberassing as this is going to be...
      Miniature eye painting is best done with a toothpick - you can create a good "iris" or black spot in the centre of the eye using the tip of something hard like a toothpick or wire, etc. If you want to use a brush (with difficulty), use scisors to snip away extra "hairs" off the brush to create an extra-fine pointy brush.

      Using solid black/red is super effective for mean-looking orc/troll miniatures.
